Service Description
The All Girls Basketball Sessions are an open session for girls aged between 8 and 14 who do not play Junior National League basketball. With our coaches focused on creating a fun environment where the aspects of fundamental movement are blended with activities and games with the core skills of basketball as a focus. The key areas of shooting, dribbling, passing and footwork are developed, with the children getting the opportunity to apply these skills in games. The session’s duration is usually 1 hour and 30 minutes in duration and is divided in to 3 segments focusing on skill development, small sided games and match play. Sessions are up-tempo, exciting and fun with a view to instilling a passion for the sport. There are currently 40 places per week available with pay to play, termly and annual subscription options. Girls who excel and are identified as talented in these sessions, will be sign posted to our U12’s Academy the start of our junior national league pathway.
