Congratulations on being selected to one of our COLBC performance squads for the 2022/23 Junior National League season.

Please complete the below form in full so that we may process your membership application swiftly and correctly.

THE COLBC JUNIOR NATIONAL LEAGUE MEMBERSHIPS PRICES HAVE BEEN FROZEN FOR THE 2022/23 SEASON.

PRICES:

U11 & U12 BOYS - £300

U12 Girls - £300

ALL OTHER TEAMS - £400

If you are unsure which team you have been allocated to for the 2022/23 season, please refer to the email that was sent out in recent weeks confirming. if you believe you have not received this email then please contact central admissions on foundation@cityofleedsbasketballclub.co.uk

IF YOU DID NOT ATTEND THE CLUB TRIALS THIS SUMMER, THEN YOU WILL NEED TO TRIAL BEFORE BEING ALLOCATED TO THE APPROPRIATE TEAM.

ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, All MEMBERSHIPS ARE VALID FROM 1st september 2022 until 30th april 2023.

MEMBERSHIPS CAN EITHER BE PAID IN ONE FULL PAYMENT OR IN Six EQUAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS.

IF PAYING IN ONE FULL PAYMENT, YOU WILL RECEIVE ONE INVOICE AND A LINK TO MAKE PAYMENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU REGISTER ON THE MEMBERSHIP FORM.

IF PAYING In Six EQUAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS, YOU WILL RECIVE an invoice to authorise payment IN THE MONTHS OF OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JanUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH AND APRIL. THis WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU REGISTER ON THE MEMBERSHIP FORM and is due for payment by the last day of each month.
