BEN ALLEN

Ben has been involved in the City of Leeds program from its inception and has contributed significantly to the growth and development of the program both in the community and the junior national league.  

 

He has fostered the talent of a number of players who have gone on to regional and national team representation.  

 

Ben has been coaching in the Leeds and West Yorkshire Community for over 16 years and is passionate about developing the women's game. His tenure in 2021-22 saw him working with one of the most exciting groups in the City of Leeds Pathway, the U12's and U14's girls, which has seen significant growth throughout the last 18 months following the clubs return to training post-pandemic.  

 

Ben currently works in primary education as a Sports Specialist and HLTA.  He has coached both West Yorkshire and Yorkshire representative teams at the annual regional performance tournaments and continues to contribute to the COLBF's community initiatives.
